1. 用户通过email，传真，或邮寄向我们介绍需翻译资料的概要，提供原稿的复印件，以便我们     了解资料的情况，合理安排专业翻译人员。我们将会做出报价；

2.   我们将翻译一段原文，返回给用户评价和验证；

3.   用户对翻译的样段满意后，请将此事最后定下来，并将整篇原稿寄给我们，同时预付50%的    翻译定金。

4.  我们翻译完成后，通知用户付清全部翻译费。我们收到全部翻译费后，及时将原稿和译文按预先同意的文稿格式(如Word Doc文件或PDF文件)以及文件形式( 如列印出的纸张文件，电邮附件， 或CD光盘文件 )寄回用户处。

** The fees in the range listed above are subjected to change depending on the Complexity, Length, Speciality, Turnaround Time of the document, as well as the type of the services required such as: hard copies, document CDs, e-mail attachments, word processing & type setting；Word doc, PDF, or HTML format etc.

 

Translation Processing Procedure:

 

1.  After the client sending  the copies of the original documents to us by e-mail, fax, or regular mail, we will select the most qualified translator

for this assignment and will send our quote back to the client.

 

2.  Then, we are going to send the client a passage of our sample translation from the document for your evaluation and verification.

 

3. If our translations having been acknowledged with your satisfaction, please finalize this assignment with the deposit ( 50% of total payment ) and send us your whole documents.

 

4.  When the translations completed, we will inform you to pay off the balance due.      Once received your total payment, we will send you

all of the translations by e-mail, fax    or regular mail in the pre-agreed format as Word doc or PDF file, and in the form such as  hard copies,

or  e-mail attachments, or Document CDs .
